Debbie Holder, Mike Kienast, Ann Boomsma and Jonita Beisgen
“We know it; however, Jonita, Debbie, Ann & Mike are great reminders of why we appreciate their Mebbiness. Debbie & Mike for volunteering to transfer team members from their sites to Arcadia Cove; Debbie & Ann for assisting me so much with the transition to BASCOM; and last but not least to Jonita for her perseverance in building up a team of 10 from ground-zero in less than 2 weeks! Jonita, you are a godsend and very appreciated with all you do routinely with no hesitation. You have helped make the Arcadia Cove upcoming management acquisition appear so easy, especially with the prep and budgeting. Thank you!”
I don’t know if we can send a tail wag out, but I really have to give a huge thank you and shout out to Jonita. When I first discovered the NWP billing reporting issues and sent an email out for some direction or help, she immediately took this project on and grabbed onto to it like a dog on a bone. She called NWP, managed to get a supervisor involved, dug in and helped determine what our issues were and most importantly how to get Country Brooks water billing under control. She was relentless on not letting this go another day without resolution.
She understood my frustration and most importantly the time this was taking me away from other more important projects. I am relieved we have this resolved with NWP and I owe a huge thank you to Jonita.”
Coldwater Springs Team
A big tail wag to the team at Coldwater Springs for the great owner’s visit.
“The visit went amazingly, probably one of the best owners visits I’ve ever had! They loved the property, the renovations and the team! J Woohoo!!”
AnnaBelle Serna (Catalina Palms)
A huge tail wag to AnnaBelle at Catalina Palms, who has really turned the property around since arriving. Last week she had 8 rentals. Great job, AnnaBelle!!
Kristin McCurdy (Cambria Luxury)
Last week, Kristen worked a little late then headed to the market on her way home. As she got out of her car, she could hear a baby crying. She searched until she found the baby; it was in a locked van with the windows cracked. She quickly called the police. As they were trying to get the baby out of the car, the mother appeared with another child and a number of grocery bags. The woman was mad at Kristen for calling police! A tail way to Kristen for taking the time to care enough to find the baby; it shows a true MEB spirit!
